One font that I always seem to come back to when it comes to working on Noir or Art Deco type projects is Building. There are many reasons why this is a great font, but the thin letters and quick curves really date this typeface to the 1920s in a really good way.
The artist Leonardo Gubbioni, explains it like this:
Rooted in style “Deco”, art movement characterized by the use of heavy metals such as steel and aluminum.
